Whenever I try to eat less and give myself more breaks in fasting, I always have low energy and bad headaches. Help?
Low blood sugar maybe? I do OMAD on weekdays, usually around 5pm. No restrictions on weekends. On weekdays, especially if I ate less the day before, I end up feeling tired and have headaches in the early afternoons. Juice boxes help. It’s a small spike in sugar that usually fixes me right up.
