headaches and dizziness standing up

I’m aware that the wiki has all the information about how much sodium and how much potassium and all that to take. But right now the issue is I was taking the amount it recommended and I still felt dizzy. I’ve heard it’s dangerous to go over the sodium limit, but how do I calculate for my personal body weight? How much sodium I should be taking? Also what is the best way to take the sodium? Honestly the drinks that include like sodium and potassium and like a squirt of mio or something taste disgusting to me. The way I was doing it was I had a glass that had the exact measured out amount that the wiki recommended and then I would slowly drink it throughout the day like I’d take a sip of it and then have lots of water that was plain. Is this an okay method?

I got sooo messed up. Spent 3 weeks fainting through the day (thought it was low iron). Finally figured out it was VERY low blood pressure due to low salt/electrolytes. I tight I was drinking liquids all day, but I was also very dehydrated.

My Fix? I bought one of those 1/2 gallon jugs with the hours of the day marked on the side. Every morning I add 2 teaspoons of salt and fill it up. The average person needs 1.75 to 2.25 t of salt a day, so I picked the middle point.

So, I keep the jug in a centrally located place. As I pass by it, I check the clock and drink to the hour I’m at.

My fairing spells are almost completely gone. Rare now. I did gain 3 pounds the first day, but I think that was my body putting back on the water weight. My blood pressure is now in the normal range. Raised 10 points on each side.

I still drink several cups of tea a day, but, if nothing else, I know for sure I got enough liquid out of the water jug.
