How long should I fast if I am trying to heal a nagging rotator cuff injury?
5 days? 7 days? I hear of improvements on those sorts of things in those time frames.
I hurt an injury in my back last week. I want to do 5 days, but can’t really make it. I’m on my 3rd 3 day fast (I eat 2 days in between - just 2 meals of mostly protein for 700 calories a day).
The pain was so bad I was sure if herniated a disc. But healing is really going well.
