I was just wondering if this new food intake schedule I set for myself is healthy or not…
So, the schedule is basically eating as soon as I wake up at around 8 AM, eating again at around 3\~4 PM, and not eating until the breakfast next day.
This is basically the 16/8 method but instead of eating lunch and dinner, i’m choosing to eat breakfast and lunch. Is this okay? Would I see the same benefits as eating lunch and dinner?

8 till 8 is a 12 hr window. Depends what ur goals are. U won’t have the same results wrt reducing insulin resistance or autophagy in 12hrs. But if ur goal is weight loss through calorie restriction it’ll work fine.
