Don’t keep it in the house, avoid routes that put u on the way to fast food, ig ore the aisles in the supermarket, and lastly… Educate yourself on nutrition, it really changes your perspective on food, it helped me take better care of my body 😊 wish u luck!
I would recommend track and drink 4 litres of water a day. It leads to less snacking and also maybe try and have sparkling water, it gives you an illusion of being full which avoids snacking as well, but do make sure you have proper nutrition in your everyday meals.Additionally, chew gum, a lot of it.
