It’s currently -20 degrees where I am and this time of year and I’ve noticed the colder the temperature the more I crave.

I have a huge sweet tooth too. I’ve found that if I eat fermented foods- my sugar cravings dramatically reduce. Fermented foods are typically in the refrigerator section - it’s also really straightforward to make your own with cabbage and salt.
