Home delivery meals?

I’m jumping back on the IF train - it worked so well for me in the past! I want to incorporate a home meal delivery system (I’m a night nurse so I’m wrecked half the week). I’d like to find one geared towards weight loss, preferably prepared (not a dealbreaker!)

Anyone here have experience with these companies? Who to avoid, who to use?

TIA!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Factor (previously called Factor75), they’re pricey but then again, all prepared meal delivery services are. Almost everything I’ve gotten from them has been really tasty and they have different diet focuses like low carb/keto, low calorie, vegetarian, etc. Another thing I like is that it’s really easy to skip a week (or multiple weeks) right in the app or on their website. They also freeze well, they last for a week in your fridge but if I don’t end up eating it, I just throw it in my freezer and have no problem reheating it in the microwave from Frozen.

Let me know if you want to try it, I can “send a free box to a friend” with your email address through my app. I’m assuming the free box is their smallest one, which is 4 meals, but I’m not sure. Anyone else on this thread who might want to try it, I can send a box to up to four people so let me know!

I also tried Freshly in the past, but I didn’t like a single meal that I got from them.
