On day 3 now and my stomach keeps me up at night. I try to take melatonin but Im too focused on my stomach to fall asleep!
Sleep in a cool room, exercise 5 minutes in the morning, get natural light photons in the morning and walk for 10 minutes, avoid blue light 1 hour before sleep and avoid coffee 90-120 minutes after waking up and 6 hours before falling asleep. A good nights sleep begins the morning before. Finally you can take something like lemon balm or valerian tea to relax the body and gut if needed.
