I do 16/8 from 12-8pm. I can withstand it but i feel like I have a hole in my stomach which “hurts” I don’t mind having food cravings. It’s more the psysical feeling of hunger. Also Does this go away after a while when the body adapts? This is my second day
This may sound dumb, but I tell myself that I’m not actually hungry. I have plenty of fat already and my body can just use that for energy. I’ve also learned to sort of like the hunger feeling. It reminds me that I’m losing weight.You can also try drinking water or going on walks. I do this all the time and after a little while I’m not hungry anymore.
It will get easier, your body will stop getting ready for the meal it used to get in the morning.
Drink water, tea or coffee and try to think about something else especially when it would be your old eating time.
