Drink plenty of water. Hunger and thirst often get confused and most times the body is just dehydrated. I say to myself “if that pee ain’t clear then it’s time for a cup of water”. Staying hydrated also maintains body functions, keeps muscles from cramping, no brain fog and in my experience it can keep me awake cause my stomach and digestive system are pumping that water keeping toxins and stuff out.
