Hunger Pangs

Started doing 16:8 and noticing some hunger pangs after I eat, even if it is little. Is this normal, and how do I help them feel less achy?

You probably spiked your insulin , eat more fibre in first meal or add some healthy fat like avocado, I would often get hungrier after eating and this resolved it, anything with fibre will do a couple of carrots almost anything
