What tactics do you use when it’s tough? What do you tell yourself?
I remind myself of something I heard: Fasting is hard. Being overweight is hard. Pick your hard.
I also read a lot about fasting, the benefits, success stories, before and after pics, etc. and it’s really motivating.
Staying busy and going to bed early helps a ton, too.
For me, I have a fasting app… I like seeing the number of hours grow… It’s my effort… currently 71hrs in, my last meal was lunch on Sunday.
It’s being afraid of losing the number, but I know I need to build a sustainable routine.
Saving all the money on eating is great though!
