Day 1.
I’m currently three weeks into Intermittent Fasting and I’ve been averaging a little less than 1 pound per day.
I went from 16:8 on week #1 to 18:6 on week #2 and 20:4 on week #3 and yesterday completed my first 48 long-fast — which I broke with a huge bowl of lasagna soup and some pistachio gelato. Almost 20lbs down from start date.
