I’ve heard of you’re body going into starvation mode if you don’t eat enough calories daily. But I don’t completely understand the fine line between fasting and when your body goes into starvation mode.
Be aware that prolonged high level fasting may influence the creation of gallstones as the liver is increasing the cholesterol level in the gallbladder. If you are unsure you should consult your doctor.
The “starvation mode”……. Try to seach a little more on that term.. There are many different opinions on that.
You can fast up to 30 and above.But, I would not recomment that without a doctor with your side.
Fasting is just when you dont eat. If you want to experiment with longer fasting, I would recomment starting with max 24 hours.. and then move up to 36 hours and next time 48, and from there put 24 hours on each time.Also, do each “step” a few times before moving on. And last, wait atleast a month between every attempt.
