I am dry fasting omad right now on the days i work and my off days I’m eating regular been doing six wks lost 35lbs no exercise but my job is physical work n i don’t eat healthy on the fasting days when doing omad

If your goal is 60 pounds, and you want to stay at that weight, you’re going to have to overshoot it. You’re going to gain weight back as soon as you drink and eat. I’d recommend overshooting by about 5lbs, minimum. I’m a big dude (6’4”), and I can seriously swing my weight by 15 lbs just by manipulating water.

For weight loss it is better to use water fasting. Doctor Filinov recommends 10 days of water fasting (adding 10km walk per day) and then 10 days refeeding and then repeat the process until you reach your objective.

Probably like a month of fasting would cause you to lose about 60 pounds.

But you will gain some weight back when refeeding. In order to maintain the weight you need to have a healthy and balanced diet.
