How nutritious are Power Blend salad mixes vs cutting up all the ingredients and making it yourself?

I’m not aware of any studies examining the difference. Just by observation there should not be much if any difference. These pre packaged bags are not highly processed or cooked, so there is very little difference if you were buying each vegetable separately. Granted selecting your own individual vegetable means you can screen for greener greens, brighter carrots… etc. But the differences seem negligible.
