I’ve been fasting for 3 months now. 16:8. Yesterday morning, I woke up craving a giant salad. I ate it like cookies lol. Then today again, I craved salad out of the blue for lunch. Then again for dinner. I don’t get it. I eat Mediterranean style salads mostly and I hope it’s safe to eat the way I’m eating lol. Any opinions or similar experiences?
I notice when I’m on a regular fasting g schedule that I crave greens tomatoes and fruits more, so salads are the easiest ways for me to consume them.
I don’t know if it makes someone crave salad specifically, but the desire for more liquids and nutrients may have an effect?
