How to make the most of a feast after a long fast?

For six weeks coming up to Christmas, I eat OMAD and low fat vegan (it’s a religious thing). And then I eat my last meal on the evening of 23rd Dec, in anticipation of eating and drinking a lot on Christmas Day after I get home from Church (usually about 1PM).

However, I pretty much invariably end up feeling nauseous on Christmas Day, having eaten way less than I would’ve liked to.

Do you have any tips on how to enjoy myself a little more on the big day?

Answer

Veganism was thought up in the very recent past, how that a religious requirement for a faith that celebrates christmas?

Also, if you’re OMAD then does that REALLY count as a long fast??? You’ve only been fasting since your last meal, yesterday..
