I’ve fasted many times before, but recently in my 24hr fasts I’ve been getting dizzy and extremely lightheaded. I always drink lots of water and keep physical activity light but for some reason it still happens. Any tips on avoiding this?
Bruh… look at what you just wrote. “I always drink lots of water.” You’re pissing out your electrolytes. Also, you shouldn’t have to keep physical activity light while fasting. That’s proof you aren’t fat adapted yet. Try to start upping activity while fasted.
