Im 39 hours in my fast, and I really want to continue, I’m willing to continue, but since I passed the 24h mark, my legs have felt weak and when I stand up I feel a little lightheaded, I’ve fasted many times and when this happens I always stop since it’s a feeling that makes me very uncomfortable and just makes me want to stop. I heard about salt with water, I tried it once, I don’t think it worked tho, I added very little salt lol. Anyone have any recommendations to stop this ??
Electrolytes are almost certainly a factor. Part of it is also normal OP, especially if you are not keto-adapted.
One thing I would recommend is to take electrolytes and their measurement seriously. Do not try to wing it.
