I’m going to be blunt: you don’t need encouragement, you need a plan.

If someone wants to run a marathon, they don’t wait for encouragement: they practice everyday and set up gradually higher goals, they rest when they are hurt so that it doesn’t backfire, they develop mental strength to be able to practice consistently.

Fasting is the same thing. Make sure that you can do OMAD for a week, then that you can do subsequent 48h, 72, one week, etc. If you fail, take the time to understand what caused it. Learn to refeed well rather than aiming for longer fasts and binging.

Build up to it. I don’t do over 14 day fasts as my primary goal is weight loss. I go between 24 hour, 2 day, 4 day, 5 day, 10 day and 14 days with healthy refeeding inbetween. Loads of care of electrolytes and what my body needs. Good multivit. Juicer to get all the vits in after. Gradually get there bit by bit.
