i created note cards numbering from day 1 through day 70… & i have lots of water and ice. i plan to drink about 6 -8 bottles a day.
Electrolytes from the start, I’ve heard some people using soda water to help feel full too.
Don’t do what I did and subscribe to a bunch of food and cooking related subreddits to scroll through as you’re trying to sleep
Just curious, it’s hard to tell from the post, how long do you plan on fasting for? I’m on day 8 of 21, and the best thing I can say is to take it one day at a time. If you think to yourself about how many more days you have to go, it can feel daunting, but just focus on the day at hand.
