I've plateaued. Any advice?

So over the first 7 weeks I lost 7 lbs, but I’ve been stuck where I’m at over the past couple weeks and cant seem to get lower. SW: 210.2 CW: 203-204 GW:175 16:8 and 18:6 5 days a week. Occasionally OMAD.

Figure out your basal metabolic rate (how many calories your body burns by just existing and doing basic everyday functions) and eat fewer calories than that. Never go below 1200 unless you’re an experienced multi-day faster. If the difference between your BMR and 1200 is too small then increase physical activity.

Plateaus happen. I am just coming off of one between the 35 and 40lbs mark. Just keep doing what you’re doing and keep in caloric deficit and you’ll power through. Patience.

We will always plateau. I recommend giving a week. And start up again. Stay diligent. You will recharge your system. Take advantage of the weight loss and start being more active. You will see results

I have been on IF 17 days now and I’m stuck at 208 I was in a plateau at 220 for months my sw was 232. Now im stuck I was thinking maybe start eating three days a day then start if again to drop the pounds tryna be under 200 by my birthday next month
