IF length question

Hi, so I’ve been doing 20:4 for months now and it’s worked very well for me. I have a system where I weigh myself every Thursday. So I do my long fast once a week on wednesdays I don’t eat anything. Usually from the time I eat tuesday to the time I eat Thursday it’s between 40-44 hours. I’m too the point where that has actually become pretty easy for me and I’m wondering if I should push it and go even longer or if I should just stay with that. Thank you!!

Congratz for doing really well 🥳

The time to ‘push it’, is when you stay same weight for several weeks in a row. I would keep it as an ace up my sleeve, until that time comes. (Have no doubt, it will come.)
