Intermittent DF + Sauna

Hello everybody.

These days I have tried an experiment of extreme dry intermittent fasting.

I practiced an intermittent DF 20:4 by inserting cardio training (500 kcal of elliptical in 20/25 minutes) and a sauna (20 minutes) per day during the fasting period. The 4 hours served as rehydration.

Every day I walked for at least 10 km.

I had huge weight fluctuations throughout the day. The biggest fluctuation was the loss of 4.3kg in 12 hours. (my weight is around 95kg)

The feeling is very positive and I think I’ll try again in September.

What do you think? Is anyone trying similar experiments?

Edit: I did if for 5 days in a row

Awesome to read all these comments.

I am also doing Dry intermittent fasting, 20:4, but I started just 2 days ago. Have fasted intermittently and longer for years too.

The first day I did I had a massive energy bio activation. I felt rejuvenated completely. I did a 17km bike ride moderate to hard pace for 58 minutes in the morning and didn’t eat or drink anything until the afternoon(20 hours). Felt amazing throughout the whole day. Going to do the same thing tomorrow and see how it works…
