Answer

How are you having a hard time eating enough calories in 8 hours, are you eating strictly broccoli? I can load up 2000 calories in 2 hours. Eat more caloric dense food if that’s what you’re trying to do.

Answer

Bulking and IF are almost counterintuitive of one another. Typically with bulking you’re eating meals as short of even an hour between them and metabolizing that energy supply quickly. More calories means more muscles. But you have to do the work so it’s not more calories more fat. Sure you can get your calories with intermittent fasting but you’re then working with a slower metabolism and less calories. If you try to consume more calories with a slowed metabolism you’ll produce fat. If you want to bulk you should just look into a 24hr fast or a heavily reduced calorie count for 24 hours. If you’re cutting and want to look leaner then you can do IF no problem
