All gluten is considered inflammatory and this falls in that category. If you can get your hands on the book “foods that fight pain” it has an explicit list of all inflammatory foods and ingredients. I am also on an anti-inflammatory diet and that book helped me get all the crap out of my diet. The book is written by an M.D. named Neal Barnard

Answer

Forget those people saying “gluten is” or “gluten isn’t” inflammatory, as some blanket statement.

For your journey, eliminate all known potentially inflammatory foods for 30 days, and reintroduce them one by one (elimination diet). This includes ALL wheat. Someone recommended the FODMAP diet — that’s reasonable. Whole 30 is another. Some folks go full carnivore for 30 days and reintroduce.

All wheat definitely bloats me (even from soy many sauces) and I’m NOT celiac.

Do a little bit of searching for elimination diets for inflammation and try one for 30 days.
