if a bag of white bread had the exact same nutritional facts as a bag of 100% whole wheat bread, fiber, minerals, ect. , would they be just as healthy as each other. I’m guessing no due to the germ being removed but what does this harm of the same minerals are added back in?
Two nutritionally identical things are nutritionally identical, yes.
I’m not sure why you would want “white bread” with all the stuff added back which makes it look & taste like whole wheat bread though.
