Is it normal to feel less hungry and not be able to eat much

I (F39) have been doing 16:8 for the past 10 days. I skip breakfast and eat lunch (12 - 1) and dinner (7 - 8). I don’t count calories. I try and walk everyday and manage usually between 6000 to 7000 steps. I don’t binge eat or go overboard with junk food and desserts or anything. I am a vegetarian. My question is that is it normal not to feel very hungry or to get full faster when doing intermittent fasting? As I feel my appetite has decreased. I haven’t managed to decrease any weight either I was 63.8kgs and am still 63.8kgs but I feel my belly fat has decreased a little bit as my clothes are fitting little better around that area. Will be grateful for any tips advices.

Answer

Yep, very normal. Your body make hunger cues when it is used to being fed, not so much when it actually needs nourishment. So when you get used to IF, you generally only feel like eating during your feeding window. And when you’re satiated, you’re satiated.
