For the past 3 days or so I was doing 20h fast and noticed that I feel full for the whole 20h. Only when I go on a bit longer (around 22h) I feel a little weak, so that’s when I eat. But by now I’m eating only because I see it as a duty after the 20h, not because I feel hungry. Is that normal?
If I eat too much I feel full all day. My kids actually make fun of me for this, but yes if I eat an enormous brunch or lunch it takes me through breakfast the next day. Supper doesn’t work that way, sleep is like a reset.
