I’ve only done water fasts, longest being 24 hrs and did great, this time I want to do 72 hrs dry but im craving water so bad, would I lower the benefits if I just change to wf for the test of the fast ? Thank you
Totally fine to switch from dry to water. Just don’t go the other way (from water to dry. too much strain on the body).
Take it slow. Don’t gulp down huge amounts of water super fast. Just sip it slowly for a few hours. :)
