that they have been intermittent fasting but that it’s so tough for them not eating and they are not seeing results. I asked what type of intermittent fasting they were doing and was expecting them to say 16/8. Instead they said that they fasted for about six hours a day between breakfast and lunch. That is how much we as humans have been conditioned to constantly eat. A lunch that is one hour late is considered fasting by some.
Even the Catholic Church has reduced the definition of “fasting” …
“When fasting, a person is permitted to eat one full meal, as well as two smaller meals that together are not equal to a full meal.”
