Lose 70 lb in 40 days

I am a 23 year old, 6’4 male, who weighs 370 lb. I need to lose 70 lb in the next 40 days.

Is this realistic, and if so, what kind of fasting schedule do I need to adhere to? I’m an experienced faster (Ramadan), so don’t worry about me easing into it.

If it’s not realistic, please explain why, as well as a realistic number for the next 40 days, and according to what fasting routine.

Thanks in advance.

https://www.pdfdrive.com/the-rapid-fat-loss-handbook-e4710857.html I’d recommend either dry fasting, the three days you think you can last and then going over to water fast or high protein low carb low fat diet. But that’s not something you want to do for too long. Extremely high protein low carb low fat isnt healthy for your body if you do that too long. Couple weeks and then stop. But, especially paired with fasting will melt your fat away. Once your fat is gone. Rehydrate and take electrolytes. Then maintain a low calorie, preferably whole food, low fat, healthy carbs, high fiber diet. Refeed for a couple weeks, then do another dry fast, 3-7 days. Refeed for 2 weeks, making sure you maintain your weight. Then once more fasting 3-7 days.

Then you can be sure that you reset your body’s base weight. I’d still recommend to maintain a healthy whole food diet but you can be less strict from now on. Once you have your weight it’s crucial to do two more dry fasts with ~14 days in between and make sure you don’t gain weight past the weight you’ve been at after your 40 days. You can regain the weight you lost during your last two fasts, but be sure to not gain more than that.
