By my calculations, only 3.35lb/1.5kg is fat. So about 10 lb is all water weight???
What do you guys mean by water weight? You’re still drinking water, right? If you’re supplementing electrolytes properly, you shouldn’t be dropping any real water. And one day of fasting would’ve gotten rid of any real excess food stuffs. I’m so confused how you only lost 3lbs of fat over 7 days of not eating.
