You may want to drink some water. And then a little more.

Water with electrolytes is supposed to help more. I don’t know if it will help with your particular issue though.

You could also try drinking fiber–you can buy fiber that you mix with water and drink, and that could get your body to calm down. Or get some kind of fasting tea.
