My experience snake walking

Hello all, I’ve been on and off the snake diet when my weight fluctuates for the past few years and have only a few weeks ago considered what Cole referred to as snake walking. One per week on the Tuesday/Wednesday I’ll be doing this.

The first week I set off after my shift at work and clocked 20.0 miles - 43k steps - 10 hours combined movement with 2.5k calories lost. I weighed myself two days after this and had lost 4.2lbs.

The second time I set off again after my night shift but with a brief nap beforehand (I work twelve hour shifts) this snake walk took me to just under 30k steps (29,365 to be exact) - 13.5 miles movement along with 5 hours complete movement, weighing myself fasted the next day later I had lost 1.4lbs for this one.

My very last snake walk was yesterday. I finished work early so I could wake up refreshed for this one. I walked a total 45,325 steps which was 23.0 miles with a total calorie count of 2,901 with a walk time of 8 hours and 2 minutes. Between yesterday pre walk and today I weigh 2.6lbs less.

Just thought I’d share the data in case anyone wanted to try it, I can provide pictures if anyones curious to look, thanks 👍

Jesus, I thought my 22-24 kilometre walks were fairly long!

I keep seeing “walking for weight loss” “walking to get ripped” Cole was ahead of the curve.

What sort of fasting patterns are you sticking to during this?
