2.45KG down in 6 days and last Saturday consisted of 1400kcal of beer (plus foods).
Friday of 400kcal of beer and pub snacks.

I’ve probably lost 2lbs in liver glucose stores alone.

In addition when my back (3 squashed discs) isn’t playing up I’ll do a 1.5m walk before work, lunchtime and evening. I’m taking progress pics to append in a couple of weeks. See if I need to make any adjustments to this. I’m not unfamiliar with fasting or ketosis, even when not putting any effort in I’ve made it my norm to not eat until 1300\~. It’s the beer calories that have added my weight.
