Can anyone suggest the best way to do fasting or diet management as on my case i work 10pm-3pm, You heard it right like a total of 16-18hrs as I do 2Full time jobs 1 night shift and day shift job. So its hard for me to find what diet to do as i know with my demanding job, i need to eat more food and healthy ones yet i cannot just work out😥 Need help guys, if anyone is experiencing the same scenario

For your schedule, Omad would probably work best, but I definitely can’t do that, so if you can’t I totally get it! You could probably manage 18:6, eat at 3:30pm after work, then again at 9:30 before your next job? Maybe a snack between those two, but you’re probably sleeping! I think meal prepping will be your biggest help so its ready and you don’t get side tracked and just grab whatever
