New to fasting

I want to do a 10 day fast but ive been going to the gym for a few months and don’t want to lose the muscle ive gained but want to burn a bit more fat. Ive done some research and from what I could gather you won’t lose muscle but I’m still a bit concerned. What have been your experiences with this?

Fasting saves muscle after the initial first few days till you go into ketosis properly.

But 10 days as a beginner pretty much unreachable. Set a goal of 24h, 48h etc first.
Fasting is a learning process, dont skip the lessons :D
