Non body shape focused nutrition tracker

Is there an app that will not focus on body shape and fat but instead tracks nutrients and vitamins as a main goal? It seems this type of app is hard to come by.

I recommend LifeSum! It seems like it mostly focuses on fat/carbs/protein, but if you get the subscription you can see all your nutritional info for the day. It also gives you specific advice like to eat more fish throughout the week, whether or not you’re getting enough of something, etc. It does count calories but feels way more healthy/balanced (coming from someone who used to OBSESS over counting calories — this one feels more positive, mentally and physically healthy).

I gotta recommend the app “lose it”, the closest to body shape it gets is allowing you to track your weight with it but also let’s you set other goals such as nutrients, I don’t remember for sure but that might be the paid version.

Answer

Never seen a nutrition tracker that mentions body shape. There’s more to nutrition than the micros and vitamins, and you don’t know what those are without tracking your foods/macros which is always going to be the primary function.

That said, Cronometer tracks all of that.
