Dang. I did 2 days. I started again today and plan to do 3 but heck if you’re doing 18 maybe I’ll do 24 days. I assume it’s a soft dry correct? How do you feel? Are you obese? Thx for the triumphant information.
That is seriously impressive, what does your day look like on a dry fast being bored is always the hardest, do you move away from family and friends when doing it? Do you work at the moment? I want to DF for long periods put not sure how to get that much time to myself
