First post but long time lurker. I have done many fasts which helped me immensely. My longest soft dry fast is 9 days. I wanted to do more, but boredom and the annoying taste in my mouth made me break early. I’m hoping this time I can move past the trivial stuff and keep busy. I won’t be weighing in regularly, so I don’t obsess about weight loss. I will check in for accountability. I don’t know if my body will resist 18 days, I won’t push if there are health issues.
Why though? Trying to go this long on a dry fast is just unnecessary. Rolling 72s on snake juice and throwing in some dry fasts is a good way to go. You’ll be losing weight at a good pace and you won’t feel as shitty
