Hello, since i started doing a 5/6 day of fasting every now and then i dropped almost 34kg and i am also reporting great improvement on psoriasis.
when i eat i eat mostly Lamb chops and asparagus, salads and wild game. no more pasta and industrial food.
did you saw improvements on psoriasis during fasting?
I had guttate psoriasis head to toe that came out of nowhere. I decided to try fasting to reset my body. I did a 5 day water fast. It went 98% away within a month. Over the course of a year I did the paelo-autoimmune protocol (no grains, legumes, nightshades, added sugars, dairy) and the rest went away. Since then i added back most foods and have found gluten to be the main thing that will cause spots to come back.
My grandmother had very bad psoriasis for decades until she did the Atkins diet and it completely went away. After some time testing out foods, it turned out she had an allergy to bleached flour. She hasn’t had an outbreak since.
My grandparents opened a fasting retreat in the Hudson Valley in the 50s - my grandmother had debilitating psoriasis as a child and became a vegetarian (in the 1930s) which gave some relief and found fasting as an adult, which ultimately was just short of a cure for her. They had thousands of guests at the manor, with a multitude of other ailments who benefited from the healing of extended fasting!
Yes. It’s very funny in a way. I found some guy on youtube, Nicholas Lamborghini (I’ll never forget this name) Who explained how he got rid of his psoriasis through diet. Same principles in a way.
Has a huge effect on mine. I was covered head to toe after going on antibiotics. Was gone within a couple of months after I watch his youtube video. Completely found by random while looking for answers.
