I had to rewrite this message because I realized I ended up talking about food and this is a fasting group. So let me try again: I use psyllium in baking because of gut intolerances to other things. Whole husks, not the powder. Yes, it is ridiculously filling and if you add fats to a baked product you won’t be hungry for quite some time. However most articles saying that are looking for something to fill space or trying to sell you something I expect.
Fasting should put you in strong enough ketosis to kill your appetite via that route.
