Answer

home made peanut butter i prefer. But you can use any in market as long as you don’t over eat it.Else rest is fine

Oatmeal can cause bloating, so dont consume before sleep , in breakfast, its totally fine.

Answer

Oatmeal in general is good for you, assuming you don’t get instant oats and as long as you keep it in moderation. If you add fruits reduce the oats. Adding nuts or peanut butter. without added sugar, also helps.

Answer

If you are not diabetic, this is fine. As a diabetic, Ive learned a few things as this is one of my favorite meals (oatmeal with berries & pb). The fruit you add to the smoothie will digest first. The fiber in the oatmeal will slow the digestion of the oatmeal, keeping you fuller longer especially if you add protein or fat.

Dont worry about blood sugar spikes if you are not diabetic or prediabetic. Your pancreas knows how to release insulin to keep your blood sugars level.
