What is the most you have lost in a 1-week fast (or 2, 3, 4 week fast)? I lost 22lbs during a 1-week fast in 2018 and want to try and repeat that over multiple weeks, but don’t know if that number will parabolically lower over multiple weeks due to less fat to eat through. Male 270lb CW, 220lb GW.

If you want to do weekly rolling fasts, make sure that your refeeds are healthy, eating junk while doing that type of routine will bite you in the ass.Of course, you won’t lose the same amount of weight on every fast, it depends on a lot of things like for example refeeds, carb intake, water retention, sleep, exercise etc. But trust the process, don’t worry about small stuff. If you are not eating you are losing body fat. Also, don’t neglect your electrolytes.
