I started fasting last week. I am doing 16:8 and sometimes I go beyond 16 hrs. My fasting window is 6pm to 10am. Given that I am normally in meetings at 10am, that pushes my fasting length an extra hour.
I had a cheat day on Saturday. But other than k am pretty strict.
Today when I was putting on one of my shirt, I felt that I was tigger from underarms/chest area. Also, I am kind of feeling more weight on my chest.
I haven’t measured myself so not sure if my weight changed or not. Is this normal in first week? Or am I doing something wrong ?
Take those measurements, watch the calories (and the cheats since they’re probably not part of your caloric needs for the day) and give it more than a week.
If your calories, sleep, and stress levels are all good, then you should be seeing results.
So something was probably off this week, and it’s usually your calories.
