I have fasted for seven days before no issue but this time it was different I throw up and force me to quit because I read online that it because dehydration but I’ve been hydrating during the day. Other people is due to much ketone in the blood. Has anybody had any problem like that?
In my experience, I’ve only ever thrown up when I’m not watching my electrolytes. I don’t measure mine, but if I’m ever feeling off, I mix some salt, potassium and magnesium with some water and drink it, I feel better almost instantly. I’ve done quite a lot of fasting in the last year, so much easier since I started making sure I take electrolytes.
