Will Dry Fasting 5 days heal quite a bit?

I am 13 hours into a 5 day dry fast I would do 10 but living with family now so it makes it too tough. I was just curious how much a 5 day dry fast will heal me? I have done 5 days of 24 hour dry fast this month took a break and am back at it with a longer one I have noticed the short ones don’t tend to heal much but I have done 3 days before and it helped quite a bit. main health reasons for fasting is one of my fingers hurt may be arthritis I’m not sure and I have IBS.

Answer

lifetime of damage doesn’t get fixed in one go.Steady fasting over time, (depends on how much damage you are talking about of course)…will set everything back to normal. It will take some time, and is not something you should hurry.

Well idk if anyone is keeping up with this but figured i would give an update. I decided to end my fast at 3 days. Really disappointed but think its for the best everyone around me doesn’t understand and I live with family. 3 days is the most I have done in a few years though and comes close to matching my record of 4 days. One day when I get my own space ill just tell everyone to leave me alone and do it for the full 9 days. thanks for the support.
