I’m about 22 hours into a fast and I am feeling agitated and cranky. I think I’ve heard in the past that this may be a mineral deficiency. Any thoughts on what I should supplement with?
Sodium, magnesium and potassium. There are a lot of recipes available around here… I’m lazy and just bought fasting salts on Amazon! Just make sure you’re drinking plenty of water, you’re already doing a great job so… Ride it as long as you can.
